About Us

“Hito” is a Japanese word that means people, Hito HR and Training Consultants is a Namibian owned consulting firm that provides HR/People related solutions to public and private sector organizations. Our aim is to provide tailor-made training solutions that propel your employees to succeed in your business environment. Since 2021 Hito has offered internship and Training opportunities to Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Human Resources students in order to equip and expose them to gain corporate experience.

About The Founder

Ms. Lisa Matomola has over nine (9) years’ experience in the consulting sphere. She worked with various industries both in the public and private sector assisting clients with their HR/People related needs. She has experience working with board members, executives, managements as well as employees from all levels in the organisation. Ms. Matomola has developed and conducted various soft skills training for various clients in Namibia by equipping participants to understand their objectives.
